All orders placed imply full acceptance by the buyer of these General Conditions of Sale.

  1. NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION
    All shipments are postage due at the buyer's expense. We only ship to mainland Spain.

  2. DAMAGE CAUSED BY TRANSPORTATION
    It will be according to what is indicated in Article 366 of the Commercial Code, which says: "Within twenty-four hours after receipt of the goods, a claim may be made against the carrier, for damage or breakdown found in them when opening the packages , provided that the signs of damage or breakdown giving rise to a claim are known on the outside of them, in which case it will only be admitted in the act of receipt.   3. ORDERS
    In all orders for custom materials, the customer will pay 100% at the time of placing the order and the material will not be returned.

  4. RETURNS
    Recambiala will accept returns, provided they conform to the following:
    Formal requirements:
    - The client must have formulated his original request in writing (fax, e-mail, letter, "on line", ...)

    - Neither the material nor its packaging must have suffered any damage.
    Deadlines:
    The deadline for requesting the return authorization number will be a maximum of 15 calendar days from the merchandise dispatch date.

    Terms:
    Recambiala is entitled not to accept any return, whatever the reason for this, in the following cases:

    All returns of material that have been duly authorized will be sent to Recámbiala with the postage paid by the buyer.
    Refund payments:
    Recambiala will proceed to pay all returns (that meet each and every one of the formal requirements, terms and conditions) for an amount of 95% of the originally invoiced amount. The remaining 5% will be used to bear the costs incurred by returns (handling, packaging, quality control ...).
    The payments that originate for reasons other than returns (differences in prices, shipping, errors, etc.), will also be conditioned to the formal requirements and deadlines, that is, the original order must have been formulated in writing and be claimed at most 15 calendar days from the invoice issue date. In these cases Recámbiala will pay the amount mutually agreed upon.
    It will be an essential condition that the client is up to date with her payment obligations.

  5. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
    Recámbiala makes the following payment methods available to its customers:

    Recambiala does not guarantee any product. The guarantees in each case are always determined by the manufacturer, therefore Reccambiala will only manage the corresponding guarantee with the manufacturer.
    This guarantee covers the replacement of the material at no charge to the buyer, under the terms of current legislation. Consequently, it only covers manufacturing defects, never operating or installation defects independent of the former. Shipping and packaging costs arising from the repairs covered by the warranty are for the buyer's account.
